How to prepare


   Slice NASU by 1cm each.
   You make fried NASU with oil.
   Add sugar, soy sauce, miso.






     How to eat

        Scatter sesame on the top.




CHIKUWA


CHIKUWA is made from fish paste.


How to prepare

   You can eat raw. CHIKUWA has a hole.
   We fill many kind of stuff in the hole.
   Add sliced cucumber into the CHIKUWA.




Pork Roll

You can buy sliced pork in Japan.
It is so easy to cook.

How to prepare

Put asparagus in boiling water for 3minites.
Open a piece of sliced pork and put asparagus on the pork.
Roll pork inside asparagus such as NORIMAKI.
Soute the pork in the pan.
After that you add soy sauce and MIRIN (or sugar is OK), SAKE(wine OK)
