You put EDAMAME in boiling water for 8~10minutes .

After boilling EDAMAME, cover them with salt one pinch.

How to prepare

You put OKURA in boiling water with salt for 3minute.
Take out OKURA from boiling water, you slice them thin.






How to eat

Put soy sauce a little and put KATUOBUSHI on them.
